Since February 2026, TIPTECH s. r. o. (Company ID 57475105) is the legal successor and continuation of the original sole trader Bc. Peter Púchovský, TIPTECH (Company ID 54869471). Personal data processed before this date continues to be processed under the same conditions.
What data we process
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. They serve solely to enable us to reply to you and handle your request.
Visitor statistics. The website uses its own, anonymous visitor statistics derived from the server logs. It does not use tracking cookies, does not store your IP address in any form that would identify you, and does not create any profiles. It only helps us find out which pages are useful and what to improve.
Anonymous visit records. Using its own beacon to our server, the website records basic technical data about the device and the use of the page (for example the device and browser type or clicked links). We evaluate it strictly in aggregate; it is anonymous, cookie-free and involves no profiling.
Server operational logs. For the security and correct operation of the website, we record basic technical data about visits in the server logs: the IP address, the type of device and browser (the so-called user-agent), the page visited and the time. From the IP address we derive only the approximate country and the connection provider (operator) for aggregate statistics; we do not use it to determine your identity. These records serve solely for the operation and protection of the website (for example, detecting attacks or errors); we do not use them for marketing or profiling. They are automatically deleted after 1 year.
Live chat. The website offers a chat where you can enter a name and a message. We process this data solely to answer your enquiry. For a faster reply, the messages may be relayed to a messaging platform (Telegram) used by our team. We keep the chat data only for the period necessary to handle your request, and we do not use it for marketing or profiling.
Cookies
Google Analytics (only after consent). If you click Agree in the cookie bar, Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Ltd.) is loaded to help us evaluate traffic in aggregate. It stores cookies in your browser (e.g. _ga) and processes pseudonymous identifiers; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Together with it, a Google Ads tag is loaded for ad conversion measurement and advertising audiences (remarketing) - both operate under Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, they run in a restricted mode: they store no cookies or identifiers and send only anonymous technical pings that cannot recognize you. Full measurement (including cookies) is enabled only after you click Agree. Google cookies (_ga and related) are valid for at most 2 years; event data in Google Analytics is retained for at most 14 months. Google may also process data on servers in the USA - this transfer is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), under which Google is certified. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie management link in the footer - your choice is remembered only locally in your browser.
Beyond that, the website does not use any marketing cookies and no third-party cookies are needed for it to work.
Legal basis and retention period
We process the data from the form in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject, that is, to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you. We keep it only for the period necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication, after which we delete it. We process the server operational logs on the basis of legitimate interest (security and operation of the website) and keep them for no longer than 1 year. Google Analytics and Google Ads process data solely on the basis of your consent (clicking Agree in the cookie bar), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Simply contact us at info@tiptech.sk.
Transfer of data
To deliver emails from the form we use a technical processor (an email gateway). We do not provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
