Since February 2026, TIPTECH s. r. o. (Company ID 57475105) is the legal successor and continuation of the original sole trader Bc. Peter Púchovský, TIPTECH (Company ID 54869471). Personal data processed before this date continues to be processed under the same conditions.
What data we process
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. They serve solely to enable us to reply to you and handle your request.
Visitor statistics. The website uses its own, anonymous visitor statistics derived from the server logs, without any third-party tracker. It does not use tracking cookies, does not store your IP address in any form that would identify you, and does not create any profiles. It only helps us find out which pages are useful and what to improve.
Anonymous visit records. Using a simple beacon to its own server, the website records basic data about the visit that helps us improve the page: which buttons or links are clicked (for example contact, WhatsApp or phone), the screen resolution, the device type and model, the browser and its language, the approximate time spent on the page and which website you came to us from (the referring source). We evaluate this data only in aggregate (statistically); it does not identify you, creates no profile and uses no cookies.
Server operational logs. For the security and correct operation of the website, we record basic technical data about visits in the server logs: the IP address, the type of device and browser (the so-called user-agent), the page visited and the time. From the IP address we derive only the approximate country and the connection provider (operator) for aggregate statistics; we do not use it to determine your identity. These records serve solely for the operation and protection of the website (for example, detecting attacks or errors); we do not use them for marketing or profiling. They are automatically deleted after 1 year.
Live chat. The website offers a chat where you can enter a name and a message. We process this data solely to answer your enquiry. For a faster reply, the messages may be relayed to a messaging platform (Telegram) used by our team. We keep the chat data only for the period necessary to handle your request, and we do not use it for marketing or profiling.
Cookies
The website does not use any marketing or tracking cookies. No third-party cookies are needed for it to work. We remember your choice regarding statistics (accept / decline) only locally in your browser.
Legal basis and retention period
We process the data from the form in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject, that is, to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you. We keep it only for the period necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication, after which we delete it. We process the server operational logs on the basis of legitimate interest (security and operation of the website) and keep them for no longer than 1 year.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Simply contact us at info@tiptech.sk.
Transfer of data
To deliver emails from the form we use a technical processor (an email gateway). We do not provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
